2. Service

CloudClipsDE provides tools for organizing, scheduling and publishing short-form video content to social media accounts that the user has explicitly authorized.

3. Authorization

Users may only connect accounts they are authorized to control. CloudClipsDE uses OAuth-based authorization where supported and does not require social media passwords.

4. Acceptable use

Do not publish content you do not have the right to use.
Do not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Do not circumvent platform security, review, rate limits or access controls.
Do not misrepresent account ownership or authorization.

5. Platform rules

Use of connected services remains subject to the terms, policies and technical restrictions of the relevant social media platform.

6. Availability

The service may be changed, suspended or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, API changes, review requirements or security issues.

7. User content

Users remain responsible for content they upload, schedule or publish and confirm they have the necessary rights and permissions.

8. Security

Users must protect access to the device and environment where their CloudClipsDE scheduler runs and should revoke access if credentials may have been compromised.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CloudClipsDE is not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party platform outages, API changes, moderation decisions or failures outside the operator's reasonable control. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

10. Termination

Users may stop using the service and disconnect linked accounts at any time.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change.
