2. Service

CloudClipsDE is a content management and publishing tool that allows users to organize short-form video content and connect supported social media accounts using official OAuth authorization.

3. Website hosting

This website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Technical connection data may be processed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and security-related request metadata.

4. Social media account connections

When a user connects a supported social media account, CloudClipsDE may process platform-provided information needed for the integration, such as a stable account identifier, display name, username, OAuth access/refresh tokens, granted scopes, token expiry information, and publishing status/identifiers.

OAuth tokens are used only for actions authorized by the user. Social media passwords are not requested or stored.

5. TikTok integration

If TikTok is connected, CloudClipsDE may use TikTok Login Kit and, where approved and authorized, TikTok's Content Posting API. Requested permissions may include user.info.basic and video.publish.

7. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, processing may be based on Article 6(1)(b), Article 6(1)(f), and where required Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

8. Storage and security

OAuth credentials used by the CloudClipsDE scheduler are stored in encrypted form. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the account connection, service operation, legal obligations or security needs.

9. Sharing

CloudClipsDE does not sell personal data. Data may be transmitted to connected social media platforms when the user authorizes an action, and technical website data may be processed by infrastructure providers required to deliver the service.

10. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and complaint to a supervisory authority.

11. Disconnecting accounts

Connected accounts can be disconnected from CloudClipsDE. Access can also be revoked through the platform's own authorization settings.
